Sempa Energy Management Service™ provides continual analysis of building heating and electric loads, and continually monitors utility rates. Using this, and historical building information, the Sempa Energy Management Service optimizes sources of heat for the building to deliver real, measurable results throughout the year.
Sempa's Hybrid Heating System™ resulted in GHG reduction equivalent to taking 90 Honda Accord sedans off the road for over 2,167,000 kms of driving. With the strong saving results, the client has now ordered additional installations of the Sempa Hybrid Heating System™ for other Four Season Hotel locations.

Sempa's Energy management Service systems monitor building heat and electric loads and determine the optimal mix of heat energy based on time of day, other building loads, occupancy, and fuel costs. The system is dynamic so it reacts to changes in the building's needs in real time, as they arise.
